So Friday afternoon I went for the interview. It went pretty well but there was a problem...my age. They have a policy that you have to be 18 to work there, even to hostess and do carside. Steven said that he is going to try to get the head manager to make an exception to the policy for me and have me do carside until I'm 18 and then they can put me on the floor. I am going to find out on monday. Honestly I don't have my hopes up but anything could happen.

This 4 day weekend is well deserved. Wednesday was full of frustration. Mr. Pedersen (K.Black's sub) screwed up a majority of his students grades including mine. To make matters worse is that I have him for two periods-JOurnalism and Creative Writing. Both grades were incorrect. His supervisor Mr.Perez is looking into this situation. I was on edge for the whole day. Last night I hung out w/ 2 of my favorite people from lomb-Cora and Cristina. Around 4 I went over to Cora's and then we went to Cristina's. We made a pit stop at Wal-mart because cristina broke her flip-flop. After that we headed over to Applebees where we met up with our friend Rick. A few minutes later his friend Bob showed up so we all ate together. Rick works at Applesbees and he knew that I wanted to get a new job. So he grabbed me an application. I filled it out and a few minutes later the general manager is at our table reading my application. After he read it he was quick to set up an interview with me for today. It's at 3:30 and I'm nervous. I have my fingers crossed. AFter my interview I have work. After that it's another Friday night ritual

Happy Halloween.....

This weekend was pretty interesting. Friday was homecoming and of course I had to miss it due to work. My boss has been a real dick to me recently. I requested Saturday night and today off and at first he was cool about it but then he became an ass about it. After work, it was off to d&d w/ Mary-lynn, dave, and mike. Saturday didn't go as planned. I worked at Pietros and was home by 4:30. Mary-lynn couldn't get a ride to my house and so I got ready at her house. We left around 6:30ish but she left her jeans at her house so we raced back to her house. We finally got to Dave's around 7 where we met up w/ Dave and Mike. We then jumped in Dave's car and headed over to Ashley's house. The party wasn't what we expected and plus we didn't know 3/4 of the people there. We ended up leaving early and we thought that maybe the concert was still going. By the time we got there, it was over and that the bands were cleaning up. A bunch of us hung out backstage. To make a long story short we all ended up going to a party. It was fun and interesting. Afterwards we went to McDOnalds. AFter that I went back to Dave's which was after 2am. My parents thought that I was going to crash over at Ash's and so when I came home my mom was surprised to see me. I told her that I didn't want to stay over and my mom respected my decision. I spent the rest of my sunday working. Tonight is going to be interesting. I don't know what is going on this week except for Friday.

I should be at work right now but I feel like being late. Blah..... I'll update more later when I actually have the time lol.

I just came home from school and I am waiting for my work uniform to dry. I work six days a week now which makes Tuesday my day off. I have to start saving up for a new car among other things. A couple of events have been bothering me but I'm over it now. Other than that everything is great. Everyone deserves to be happy.

Today or rather yesterday was my last day at the Land of Make Believe. There was a scarce number of people in the park so they started sending people home. I was one of them and as was Cora and Cristina. We decided to come back to the park and the spend the rest of they day there. When we went to the office, Chris the owner was having a meeting and we got to sit through it. He is a very nice man and very personable if you catch him in the right mood. First, we went to my house so I could get ready, then to COra's, and then finally to Cristina's. WE took like 2 and 1/2 hours to get ready. We got to the park at 2:00. When we got there I immediatly bought a camera but I really didn't use it which i'm upset about. I got to say my good-byes whiles having fun. I'm going to miss all the students and of course y American friends but we all live by each other so it's not that bad. Saturday night was amazing!!! I can honestly say that the Coldplay concert was the best concert I've ever been to-hands down. Lisa was originally going with me but she couldn't get out of work and it was too late to ask anybody so I went solo. I had my blanket set up in the lawn section and I made some phone calls. This couple who was next to me asked me if I was alone and I was like yeah. They work for the bestbuy in Rockaway and each store gets 2 tickets to the hottest concerts. This couple already bought their tickets for the concert but the girl ended up winning the vip ticket. She didn't want to be apart from her boyfriend so she decided to not use the ticket. They offered me the ticket for free. I said sure and off to the vip seating I went. My seat was in the 20th row-dead center. I get to my seat and this girl named Monica asked which Bestbuy store I worked for and I explained to her the story. Turns out she also works at the Rockaway Bestbuy. The opening act was a band called Rilo Kiley. They were alright. Finally at 9:00, Coldplay comes on and boy was it amazing. They are great live and the effects were so cool. They played for over 2 hours. Chris Martin (the lead singer) screwed up the begining of "the scientist." He stops and says "oh man I just fucked up the single. I definitely don't want to do that." So he restarts the song and it was beautiful. The finale was crazy because Chris ran throught the audience and ran to the gate dividing the lawn from the seats and giving those peeps their moneys worth. The concert blew me away. I want to see them again.


Sunday night I had work at Pietros from 2:30 to 8:30. This kid Josh from lomb was having a get-together at his house. After work I got ready and went to pick up some people. I got to his house at 9:00. It was alright I guess. I left around 11 and I drove Cora home. Today I did a little back to school shopping. I'm not ready to go back but tomorrow is the big day.

I must be crazy because I got another job. I'm a waitress at Pietro's in H-town. Sunday was my first day there and I did very well tip and performance wise. Saturday was my Aunt Cindy and Uncle Mike's BBQ. It was alright I guess. I got to see my cousin Josh which whom I haven't seen in like years. I found out that my Aunt and Uncle are taking me to the Italian Feast in Jersey City in a couple of weeks. I'm excited because my dad's side of the family is going to be there. My parents can't go because my brother Ryan is too young. Sunday I went over to Jess's house for manhunt. There was about 10-15 people playing so it was a little crazy. To add to the excitement it was pouring. We were originally suppose to play in this abandoned field but it was really muddy and gross. We ended up playing it at the house. We also watched the Blue Collar Comedy Tour Rides Again. It was a crazy night. Monday a bunch of us decided to go down to the glen. We met up at Jess's and drove over to the glen. We hiked 3 miles and then we went to the swimming hole. Then we did some rock climbing and other stuff. Mikey and Mike wanted to go fishing so we had to hike even more to get to the lake-they didn't catch anything. After that we went to DQ and then back to Jess's. It was a fun day. Yesterday I had work at the LOMB. It was Renee C's last day there because she had to go back to college. Then we found out that David got fired, and that Rick and Matt quit. This sucks because we are understaffed. Today I have work at Winnerscircle at 5. I have to call so many people it's not even funny. I'm such a slacker.
